Win Up to L$1 Million in the SL23B Golden Ticket Giveaway!

Who wants to be a millionaire in L$? Inspired by this year's Golden Age theme, the Golden Ticket Draw promises to award a lucky resident with a million-dollar main prize that can be used for an extravagance of luxury virtual purchases or anything else you can imagine! To participate, members of the community meeting the requirements should visit the participating regions of SL23B between June 22 and July 14 to find and click on any of the Gold Ticket's five special kiosks to get a chance to win one of the 23 exciting prizes.

See Official rules below for full details, but each resident can participate up to five times a day by clicking once on each of the five entry kiosks to have the chance to be selected for a golden ticket entry at a unique live broadcast award event that will be held in July. A winner will be randomly selected each day, totaling 23 winners! Golden Ticket winners will be invited to come up on stage in front of a live virtual audience to choose from one of the 23 Golden Prize Boxes - each contains a prize in Linden Dollars, but only one contains the L$1,000,000 main prize. OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE NO NEEDED BUY The Golden Ticket Draw Promotion (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on June 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 14, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). PATROCINATOR Linden Research, Inc., 945 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA (the "Sponsor"). ELIGIBILITY Promotion is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where Promotion is legally permitted and is not annulled or excluded under these Official Rules. Participants must: ● be at least 18 years of age on the date of entry.

● Have an active Second Life account in good condition during the Promotion Period. ● Participate in the Promotion by interacting with an official Gold Ticket Draw kiosk located in the regions participating in the Second Life Anniversary ("SL23B") during the Promotion Period. ● Be a natural person. Entries are limited to one person on behalf of Second Life, and each person can use only one Second Life account to participate. The use of any prohibited method to exceed the entry limits or circumvent these Official Rules is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

● Employees, contractors, directors and executives of the Sponsor, his parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize providers (collectively, the "Liberated Parties"), together with his immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) and household members, are not eligible. Geographical Restrictions Due to local regulations and/or restrictions, Promotion is not open to residents of the following countries: Belgium, Italy, Brazil, Poland, Russia, India, China, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and any country subject to US restrictions.

Promotion is also not open to residents of any jurisdiction where Promotion is prohibited, restricted or would require the Sponsor to complete records, guarantees, fiduciary account arrangements, local filings, tax records or other obligations that the Sponsor did not complete before launch.

If a winner is selected from a country, state, territory or other jurisdiction where legal restrictions apply, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner by random draw between the remaining eligible entries received for the applicable day or as permitted by law. HOW TO PARTICIPATE Participants can enter the Promotion by visiting regions participating in SL23B and interacting with an official Gold Tickets Draw kiosk during the Promotion Period. ● Five (5) official entry kiosks will be available in all participating regions of SL23B.

● Participants can receive a maximum of one (1) entry per kiosk per day. ● Therefore, participants can receive up to five (5) total entries per day interacting with all five (5) kiosks, subject to the limitation of one person/an account mentioned above. ● A "day" is defined as the period starting at 12:00 AM PT and ending at 11:59 PM PT. ● Each day’s draw is made exclusively from the entries received during that day. Participants can enter again each subsequent day during the Promotion Period. ● No purchase, payment, paid subscription or other transaction is required to participate or win.

● The use of any prohibited method to circumvent the entry limitations may result in disqualification, as detailed in the General Conditions below. ● The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly directed, corrupted, blocked, delayed, technically impaired or not received for any reason. SELECTION & SELECTION OF THE SENCEOR ● One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected each day during the Promotion Period among all eligible entries received for that day. ● A total of twenty-three (23) Golden Ticket winners will be selected.

● The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each day. Each verified Golden Ticket winner has secured a (1) prize, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. ● Potential winners will be notified both in the virtual world and by the email address associated with your Second Life account. ● Potential winners must respond and complete any necessary verification within forty-eight (48) hours after notification.

● If a potential winner cannot be contacted, do not respond within 48 (48) hours, is considered ineligible or otherwise fail to comply with these Official rules, the Sponsor may disqualify this participant and select an alternative winner by random draw between eligible entries received for the applicable day or as permitted by law. PARTICIPATION IN THE DURARY ICTKET EVENTS Each verified winner will receive a (1) Golden Ticket invitation to participate in a live Golden Ticket Draw event held within Second Life.

Sponsor currently anticipates to perform the live event on or about July 17, 2026. Dates, times, locations, formats and schedules of events are subject to changes at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, provided that any material changes are administered in a manner consistent with these Official rules and applicable legislation. Winners will be assigned to a live event by the Sponsor. The priority in the prize selection will generally be determined in the order in which the winners are selected during the Promotion Period, with the winners selected earlier receiving early opportunities to choose from the remaining unopened prize boxes.

A verified winner who does not attend his designated live event at the time stipulated may lose all rights to participate and receive an award. The Sponsor may, but is not obliged to, provide an opportunity for alternative participation at his sole discretion. PRIMARY AND DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES During the live Golden Ticket Draw events, winners will be invited to select a (1) Gold Prize Box not open from the remaining available boxes.

The Promotion includes twenty-three (23) Golden Prize Boxes containing the following prizes: ● One (1) Grand Prix: L$1,000,000 (approx. retail value: $4,080 USD). The Grand Prix is not a $1,000,000 cash prize. ● Twenty-two (22) prizes: L$10.000 (approx. retail value: $41 USD each) Total Close Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: approximately $4,982 USD. ARVs are expressed in US dollars and are based on sponsor's good faith estimate at the date these Official rules They're finished.

The real value of the Linden Dollar prizes can float, and the winners will not receive any difference between the declared ARV and the actual value. Award Box Selection ● The content of the prizes is predetermined before the first live event using a documented randomization process. The mapping of prizes for cashiers will be fixed and secure before the first live event and will not be changed after the beginning of the Promotion, except as expressly permitted by these Official rules● Once a prize box has been selected, this selection is final.

● The chances of selecting the Grand Prix depend on the number of unopened Golden Prize Boxes remaining at the time of selection. ● Winners cannot exchange, transfer, replace or redeem prizes for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. ● Sponsor reserves the right to replace one prize with another of equal value or higher if a declared prize becomes unavailable. ● Prizes will be delivered to Second Life accounts of the verified winners or otherwise as determined by Sponsor within a reasonable time after completion of the eligibility check and receipt of all necessary documentation.

Taxes, Fees & Charges ● Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, reporting obligations or charges associated with receiving a prize.

● USA.

Winners who receive prizes valued at $600 USD or more may be required to submit the IRS Form W-9 and may receive a IRS Form 1099-MISC. ● Winners not from the US may be required to submit the IRS Form W-8BEN or other documentation requested by the Sponsor, and Sponsor may withhold taxes or refuse to grant a prize if the required documentation is not provided in a timely manner or if the retention is otherwise required by applicable law. VENDER NOTIFICATION ● Potential winners will be notified within approximately forty-eight (48) hours after selection.

● Sponsor may require winners to sign statements, declarations, releases, tax forms, eligibility certificates or other documents before confirming eligibility, including documentation reasonably necessary to verify age, account status, identity, jurisdiction of residence, tax status, compliance with sanctions and eligibility to receive an award. ● Failure to provide requested documentation in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

● If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternative winner by random draw between eligible entries received for the applicable day or as permitted by law.

PUBLISHMENT, TRANSMISSION & RIGHTS OF CONTENTS By accepting a prize and participating in the Promotion, the winners agree that the Sponsor can use, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law: ● His Second Life user name; ● Name of the avatar and similarity of the avatar; ● Participation recorded in live events; ● Screenshots of events, video recordings, filming of live broadcasts and related promotional materials; ● Country or region of residence.

Golden Ticket Draw Events can be broadcast live, recorded, retransmitted, edited, distributed and used for promotional purposes on Sponsor's proprietary media channels and social media platforms. GENERAL CONDITIONS When participating, participants agree that: ● Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupt, misdirected, technically impaired or otherwise unreceived registrations.

● Sponsor and Liberated Parties are not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs or responsibilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. ● By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release, exempt and exempt the Liberated Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, costs and responsibilities arising from or related to participation in the Promotion, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, or any activity related to the Promotion, except where prohibited by law.

● Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if frauds, technical failures, unauthorized interventions, force majeure events or any other factor impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, subject to applicable law and, where necessary, any necessary regulatory approvals. ● Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found by manipulating the registration process or violating these Official Rules.

● Sponsor will not require any registration, payment, purchase voucher, purchase of Linden Dollars, paid subscription or other transaction as a condition to participate or win. ● Sponsor reserves the right to verify registrations and participants and disqualify any participant who uses multiple or alternative accounts, shared accounts, false information, automated systems or registrations, bots, scripts, manipulation, technical explorations or any other method that Sponsor reasonably determines that violates these Official Rules or compromises the integrity of the Promotion.

● All decisions of the Sponsor on the administration of Promotion, eligibility, verification of winners, fulfillment of awards and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding, except where prohibited by law. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising from or related to the Promotion will be resolved as follows: ● Participants agree first to attempt informal resolution with the Sponsor. ● If not resolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its applicable rules.

● Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California. ● These Official Rules will be governed and interpreted in accordance with California State laws without considering principles of conflict of laws. ● Nothing in these Official Rules limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived in accordance with applicable law.

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION The personal information of the participants will be collected and processed exclusively for the administration of Promotion and according to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://lindenlab.com/privacy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

LIST OF WINNERS To request a list of winners (available after August 1, 2026), an email should be sent to editor@lindenlab.com with "SOURCE WINNERS OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE OF THE SOURCE" in the matter. Applications must be received within sixty days of the end of the Promotion Period.

Winners may choose to have their Second Life username published instead of their real name, where allowed by law.
